Something I’ve wondered about with all these rules and regulations that certain states have put into effect to “protect” the cluster of cells in a woman’s body that MAY produce a potential person …

WHAT IF … the women DIES because the fetus, for whatever reason, has compromised her system?

Seems to me the STATE should be liable for her death since they are the ones that established the uncompromising law to prevent ANY women from seeking an abortion — even when the entity within her has been proven (by reputable and licensed medical personnel) to be life-threatening.
